Where we rode:
We left Sauk Prairie Harley at 9:30am. We took 12 West out of town,
and followed it North past Baraboo a few miles, to 33 West. At
LaValle we caught 58 Southwest, all the way past Ithaca, turning
right (Northwest) on 14. This was a long stretch on 14, to Viroqua,
where we stopped for lunch at the Viking Inn. From Viroqua we found
56, riding West to the Mississippi, at Genoa. We followed 35 South,
along The River, to the Blackhawk RV Park at De Soto. Just North
of Prairie du Chen, we found farm road N (beautiful rolling hills)
cutting over to 60 along the Wisconsin River. Instead of taking
60 all the way back, we decided to cross over, from Port Andrew to
Muscoda, tracking the South side of the river on 133, to C, and
back on 14 (East) at Spring Green. That took us back to Middleton,
pulling in at 6:30pm.
