This story sounds vaguely familiar...hopefully my brother (Dan) or dad (Carl) may be able to fill you in some more. Hello,
My name is Walter James Coppock and I just stumbled across your site recently. Are you from the same family line that originated in Pennsylvania. As family lore would have it, our family was the recipient of a land grant from William Penn many years ago. I don't know if this is true, but it's a story my Grandfather was fond of telling.
If there is a link available will family information I would be interested.
I enjoyed your site, it was well done. As for us, we live in Pennsylvania about 20 mile outside Philadelphia and my wife Jami and I are busy raising two girls Erin and Sarah ages nine and eight.
