Ian,
Thanks for searching out my site and posting to my correspondence
area. I assume you saw my FJ, as you just happen to mention bikes.
Cool. Lots of Coppock bikers on my Dad's side. Most of them, very
religious.
I used to think Coppock was German or Polish, but some of the links
from my "Coppock Sites" area and from some "Correspondence" posts
seem to suggest it is Scottish, and used to be start with a 'k'.
Kinda wacky. Anyway, I think four Coppocks came across the pond
in the 1600s, and at least one settled as a Quaker in Pennsylvania.
I'd love to learn more. I think I descend from Bartholomew.
